I'm thinking you should ask the BSCrew themselves before using their likeness. Otherwise, so long as it's nothing iffy like selling a hack, go nuts.

They are already aware that I have had a few ROM hacks and Homebrew concepts in the works (Sonic the Hedgehog: BrainScratch Edition, BrainScratch Street Fighter, RockBSC, and Final Fantasy VI: BrainScratch Type are just 04 of the projects that I possess in the works; they will possibly get renames later on), so this would not be a problem on their end or mine;
As for selling, I would not do that for anything BrainScratch based, as we have never been forced to purchase any official material from them, and keeping this stuff free would also not deliver the trouble of piracy (Example: About 03 to 04 years ago, somebody from Russia was attempting to sell a physical copy of Sonic the Hedgehog Megamix version 03.00 on eBay, which is technically illegal, as it be a modification of a copyright title, and ROM hacks are strictly prohibited from being sold. Homebrew such as Pier Solar and the Great Architects, however, given that it was made using all original code and content, was able to be sold without worry of a Cease and Desist from Sega themselves, due to that.).

I do intend on making my own line of consoles at some point though, but if any titles from the BrainScratch Collection are ever released on them, they will be either ported and available right away, or available as games that were redone from scratch;
Either way, it will be fun, once they are ready, I assure you.

Also, thanks for the allowance of me to use the Seal(s) of Approval.
I might not make these covers until the titles are all complete, but I will show them off when I get to them. :)
