I can't remember if I've had a pending status before, or if I read it from someone else. (Sorry, bad memory. *sweatdrop* ) Anyway, I have received confirmation emails for every order, so in your case, I would go to the order status page and click the contact us button to ask WTF gives. (In nicer words, of course.) Read stories about TOM customer service not replying, but they have replied to my inquiry about a late pre-order item that was also removed from their store.
