IRL and online, no I don't. (I've seen posts from complete strangers saying they know others got in trouble, but there wasn't much elaboration.)
have you ever had an order take a while and be "pending"? i just placed an order for a nendoroid (all legal ofc! no foul play) and its said pending for about a day or so now? i got an email from paypal on my 'reciept' and they have taken the money out but nothin has happened in terms of moving my order, not even a confirmation email.
I can't remember if I've had a pending status before, or if I read it from someone else. (Sorry, bad memory. *sweatdrop* ) Anyway, I have received confirmation emails for every order, so in your case, I would go to the order status page and click the contact us button to ask WTF gives. (In nicer words, of course.) Read stories about TOM customer service not replying, but they have replied to my inquiry about a late pre-order item that was also removed from their store.
