To tell you the truth, this is mainly fan stuff, and they feel it would BE cool if they were twin blades. You will see often in fan-arts, people may alter the characters or stuff to their likings. It's called having a little fun. They ussually give credit of their fan art to the original creators, who are probably giggling at this anyways. Don't be agitated. Be amused.
