Thanks! So odd to think that, while he didn't have a hunch, he really did have scoliosis and his spine was curved... Very interesting.
The curvature of his spine looks much more dramatic on the skeleton because of the way it was laid out, In actual fact, while the condition probably caused him some discomfort at times, it was hardly noticeable even when naked (see Dom Smee) It became more noticeable after his death because of the position he was placed in after being thrown across a horse, which the Tudors made much of
