Hi.. I'm the photographer and retoucher of this one.
It was designed in a mixture of photoshop, illustrator, flash and some bought graphic elements. Then put together in a 3D composite in nuke so that I had better and dynamic control over the cylindrical curve.
Rendered out and integrated in photoshop.
The computer table was done in 3ds max.
