since you said here that you study biology i am going to voice my opinion that the rectangular shape of the holes where the rings go through doesn't really make sense. other than that i'm in love with his anatomy.

The holes are pierced out. They're not grown naturally so I think rectangular shouldn't be wholly impossible.

wouldn't that result in round edges? i don't think that you can leave something in there to assure the shape since it would have to be very big and and then movement would be hard .... you could always burn the edges but i don't want to think about that *bäh*
