Unfortunately, he doesn't have much of a personality right now, since I'm still working on it, but it seems he's turning out to be the stereotypical strong silent type

Alright. That's one thing. Do you have where he lives? Like on a farm, in a city, in the country...? That way a name could be picked that would be common to the area. Or uncommon, if you wish it that way =3.
So far, my ideas would be, Alexander, Jonathen, or Joshua. I'll try thinking of something else, though, if you don't like those for him.

He lives in a city, which is going to be fun to draw because I am really really bad at scenery!
