GPU only: 2 minutes 18.73 seconds
CPU+GPU+OptiX Prime Acceleration: 2 minutes 22.23 seconds

Could you try with GPU+OptiX? My theory is that it will be fastest and that you're having a slight bottleneck imposed by the CPU.
