Comment on Cleartext for Rainmeter by Redsaph

My browser reports that the links at the top of the page are insecure. "The owner of redsaph.ml has configured their web site improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this web site."  Why is that? Is it some sort of phishing or scam?
