Actually, if its anybody fault (which it isn't, I`m not trying to point fingers) it would be Takas. First of all, he started the fight. Second, he pushed Mufasa into Ahadi. Finally, even if this truly isn't his fault, he`s the one who dropped Ahadi.

Exactly. (except for the dropping part, Taka didn't want to let him go, it was Ahadi who hit him and gave him his scar, Taka just reacted unconsciously to the hit by letting him go). But what I trully think in this page by seeing Taka's words and facial expressions is that, deep inside, he does blame himself for his father's death because everything you just said: he started the fight, he pushed Mufasa and he couldn't keep holding Ahadi. I think he is so messed up at this point that, unconsciously, in order to not break down completely, and as a defense system, he is proyecting all the blame and hatred he feels right now on Mufasa. He is not thinking straight, he needs to blame someone right now because of this, otherwise he will lose it completely, just like he did when Mohatu died and he blamed himself for it. I think it does make kind of sense if you think about it.
