You shooould~ It's super fun. I really enjoyed doing it. :D

Hahaha~ it's okay. I wear Vivienne Waltzer like it's my real name after all. :XD: My real name is much less exciting. My real life nickname comes close to Vivi though, but it differentiates from my real name. :D

Micromanaging means controlling the other person's actions, but to a point of where they have to follow everything you do or say, like a puppet. I don't like it because I feel uncomfortable if the person is taunting me, or controlling me and attempting to get me to do things I may not want. I don't like being controlled, at least not that much.

I can't wait to do this looll :D
Awww I understand... I often found people who love controlling others, but to a point where they have to follow everything we say... that's something lol it's like they're hypnotized I think I've fainted.

I hope you have fun with it like I did. <3

No kidding... and then there's the people who demand others to follow their rules... because they think they are better than everyone else. I don't like that either. Not at all.

I sure will!! :D
Hmm I guess "demanding others to follow their rules" is another thing (I mean, it's different from micromanaging, isnt it?? From your statement I think that micromanaging is more like a manipulative way, a really clever method to have a "puppet" indeed).
Now that I think about it... I dont know but I often find it useful in some situation... (but not that we transform people into puppet, I mean  the "manipulative" part only) Like when we're working in a group and we have to finish some almost-impossible tasks within a really little time, and there's no room for discussion. Some people do manipulate the others to think the way they do, so that they can agree with the method and start working immediately (which I think is not bad). My friends who do it are usually the considerate ones who think about justice and efficiency, so well I dont mind :D I realize they tried to manipulate me some time but since it's for greater good then I agree to go with them.
But I do know some other people who manipulate others for their own good and satisfaction, well I think those are the bad ones XD

Hmm... very unique perspective on things! I've always thought manipulation of any sort was bad... just because here in America, so many people use it wrongly. But I've never really thought of it that way... perhaps it's because it seems to hinder the American term "Freedom of Speech" which means that people have a right to say what they think. It depends on the situation... but most of the time it's an infringement on American rights. But being manipulated to agree for a project, seems more like convincing someone to agree, not manipulating. But that's just my perspective.

Hmm yes perhaps it also depends on the culture lol :D
In my country the freedom of speech is not an issue, we always come to a situation when we dont have that freedom so I guess we're adapted to it =p Not a happy experience of course but well, even I have to deal with it almost everyday :( (Sad)
Btw I finished the meme :D

It's very interesting to learn about other cultures... and that would be nerve wracking for me. :( I can't imagine living in those conditions. I have a lot of  respect for you, for that... that's not something easily accomplished. On a particular level, I do see how Freedom of Speech gets us Americans in trouble... haha;; we do speak our minds a lot... so that tends to be both a good thing, and a not so good thing at times...

Fantastic! I'll go check it out! :D

Yes I guess it can be a double-edged sword. It can be good only if the people can learn to respect each other and appreciate the differences :D not everyone can do that, so it might end up causing a conflict =p
Yaaaayyy
