Complete Instruction :
For Windows 8 build 9200 : First patch your system with "Ultra UX Theme Patcher" :--> [Link] and restart your pc.
now download my file and unzip it. there is two different theme folder you found, go inside "themes for Windows 8" (if you using Windows 8 build 9200) folder & copy all items
to : c:\windows\resources\themes folder.
Now Go to Desktop Personalize & apply the theme.
For Windows 8.1 build 9600 : First patch your system with "uxstyle Theme Patcher" :--> [Link] and restart your pc.
now download my file and unzip it. there is two different theme folder you found, go inside "themes for Windows 8.1" (if you using Windows 8.1 build 9600) folder & copy all items
to : c:\windows\resources\themes folder.
Now Go to Desktop Personalize & apply the theme.

I did everything you said but it just logs off session and just applies the Wallpapers!

Which Windows 8 version are you using, Windows 8 build 9200 or Windows 8.1 build 9600 ?

Your system not patch correctly. first uninstall all kind of patch which you already installed & Restart your pc.
