Build 9200
First uninstall the patch which you already installed & Restart your pc.
now patch your system with this "Ultra UX Theme Patcher" :--> [Link] and restart your pc.
now download my file and unzip it. there is two different theme folder you found, go inside "themes for Windows 8" (if you using Windows 8 build 9200) folder & copy all items
to : c:\windows\resources\themes folder.
Now Go to Desktop Personalize & apply the theme.
