Yaaaaay for coloured pencils!
This is great, very good job on the hair and makeup, especially getting the eyelashes that dark and solid.
Can I suggest that on your next one you add a few extra tones in the skin, make it more contoured and realistic and less flat?

I see what you mean about it looking flat, but in my sketchbook i thought i'd got it pretty much like the ref pic, as itself looks quite washed out, the main focus being her eyes and cheekbone. It does look totally different on a monitor, which i guess is the trouble with colour - more difficult to correct! Perhaps in future pieces i should be more liberal in my application! Thanks again!
