awesome tutorial. i've been lookin for a way to do faces easier and more consistently. i've just been tracing my drawings, but layering colors for the lips on top of each other is a great idea. good stuff. but why photoshop for vectors!?!?! AAAAAAAAAAAAH! is there something about vectors in photoshop better than illustrator other than layer options or somethin-somethin? editability?
The reason why I use Photoshop for vectors is because that was the program I had when I started learning how to do vectors. I have tried Illustrator ... but it just frustrates me. I'd think Illustrator is better for vectors, but I am more familiar with Photoshop now ... and I'm too lazy to get used to Illustrator I think ...

haha I have the exact same thing perhaps some day ill learn to work with illustrator..
perhaps some day ill learn to work with illustrator..Yeah, lets hope so .. I hope I'm one day patient enough to sit down and try to get familiar with illustrator.
