Lee and Sakura having a kid... You know, this is actually more appealing than Douche-ke procreating.  and they even gave some build up to Lee/sakura: When Lee was fighting for her affection, When Lee protected her from the Sound ninjas in the forrest, and when Sakura gave him flowers to lee in the hospital.  I can totally see them together!!! This ship will sail nicely along with NaruHina and the rest of my Fleet of OTPs.
