Yeah i forgot about the whole river stix achillies curse thing (been a while ok) If i was percy id have some massive armoured girdle/muscle belt thing. to protect the small of my back.
I mean then all you need is a rubber hazmat suit (to block poison & electricity) and youd basically be untouchable. lol especially if by the sea (since sea water increases his power even more than fresh water)

Eh, even if they weren't that necessary, I still enjoyed the sequel series.
An armored belt like that would probably slow Percy down to much to be that useful in combat. He already wears armor in a lot of his battles, and that covers the small of his back alright for the most part. Besides, even with the rubber suit, wouldn't asphyxiation still be a problem?

well i said hazmat so wud have filters, if not it own oxygen tank.

There are many different gods who can control wind, like Zeus, the seasonal winds, etc. One of Percy's teammates can even do that. Also, the suit would most likely not be as resistant to attacks as Percy's armor, and wearing armor over it would just slow him down.
