I never stole anything from him, these pics I did ask for his permission and he let me post them into my account to let other people know of his work, plus, I was the one who commission for the pics.

When it comes to copyright, only the owner of the work can file a DMCA report. Any third parties will be discarded. (in this case, I'd be the third party).
Even if he did guys like that always somehow manages to find some tiny loophole to squirm out of harms way. It's almost like those old days school bullies. When no one they deem dangerous is around they go completely bonkers and does next to whatever they may feel like. But should some kind of authority become involved and their bacon comes close to getting fried that's when they'll sweep any form of evidence under the nearest rug and sits down with a cute little halo hovering over their heads looking as innocent as a newly hatched baby chick. ¤shudders¤ It next to scares me how many people tended to get away with that kind of maneuver back in my old elementary school.
