Well depends on where you are... (PS: I'm british/english) For instance the people shown here resemble Essex and people from london (with the London part I'm talking about smoking and the victorian area.) Just a question why are they called Harry and Susy? I guess Harry is quite a common name in England but I don't understand Susy. The name I'd associate with Mabel would be Chelsy or Britney.
The name Suzy is probably because it's an allusion to the English version of Suske en Wiske, which has been translated to Spike and Suzy. Also, I suppose Chelsy or Britney would be more suiting for a character like Pacifica.
The reason I'd say Chelsy or Britney is because the design she has here seems to fit with Chelsy or Britney.
