I'm sorry but adding a shitty filter to a picture and giving credit is still stealing.
The entire commitment was exactly "stealing". She just picked up a random artwork and adjusted it, then credited DestinyBlue for owning the artwork at the first place. Stealing is when you take over someone's art by secret and never imply it, claiming that you fully own it.
So what if you trace an artwork, and still give credit even though it wasn't a base.
