It actually was just a side project, I've done a couple things for them at this point but what I'm primarily training for is industrial design! Which doesn't show very well on this page since DA has more or less personal work and the creature-only stuff, but that's a far more solid industry to be in. Ideally, I'd love to balance those two sides of my work down the road.
But I agree, it'd be pretty cool to get into some feature production stuff if at all possible, especially stuff that ties into set design (when a concept has to actually be built in reality, so like Oblivion's "bubbleship" and the mech interiors in Pacific Rim!) But we'll see. So far I'm really loving the industrial design world because of that practical element it has to it.
