I am going to heartily disagree with you.

For one the Agnaktor has spines all down its body and an almost lobed fin atcthe end. Pegras have two spines and an oval fin. Angaktor has scaled rough skin and a much shorter body than this pegra. Agnaktor has much lighter fins on its back, almost a light yellow, mine is almost black. Mine has steam/gas vents on its body and Agna does not. Agna has a very wide face at the end and if mine closes its mouth it is always narrow. Agna has very wide heavy looking feet, my pegra has much slimmer feet. 

I could see how to this could make you think about one,but really the most common thing is a lava/fire element and a snake body. If that is a carbon copy you got tons more out there.
