Beautiful colors! I also love the wings, they're so lifelike! The arms and legs seem a bit stiff, though.
I agree. I always have a hard time making them "loose and lifelike" and "broken".
Maybe if you gave his right (our left) arm a small twist (so his palm faces him more), and you made his feet more like he's stepping towards you (moving) rather than just posing? If that makes any sense xD
I didn't want his feet moving forward since that would make them face entirely forward. I intentionally wanted him to look a little like he was posing, this isn't supposed to be about him being in a dynamic pose or anything. I do agree on the arm bits though. I'll try that to see if it helps.
