At least, that's how I see it. If you can see a use for one, please tell.
Ehh a little trigger guard wouldn't hurt. I guess it's better to lose a few soldiers a year from accidental fire than add a 30 cent piece of metal over the trigger.
I'm not very experienced with firearms, so instead of being sarcastic, you could have just told me that it prevents accidental fire.
I've only fired a few guns and it was on the same day, several years ago. I'm not experienced, either.
