I can understand that well. I had the same problem. But I have bought me some magazines "How to draw Magans" and now I try it step by step.

Just take your time. And if you have a mood just try it once. Again and again, it is not not easy. I know, but now here in Germany we say "No one is born a master."  
Therefore, only courage!
