That sucks! But really, you can't create a puzzle with 8 pieces missing. Maybe in a month, once summer is over and life returns to normal. I know myself with 2 young kids the summer is a hectic time, so maybe rescheduling for October is better.
I've extended the deadline to the 28th August, so for now it's still open, and I'm hoping to get all the pieces sorted by then.
