Comment on Breast drawing: perkiness by Ecchi-Senshi

Yeah, more often than not, the nipples will be lower on the breast, but some people do just have natural crazy anime boobs. I've met at least a couple while doing photography. Super high nipples on giant boobs do kinda kill me though, haha.
