So, here's the thing about this font: If you're using a program that's interpreting it the way I intend it, it puts all of the letters very closely together. The problem with j and J is that it comes way too close to other letters, making it merge. The font works. It's just not really designed to be perfectly readable.
If you do download and install it, you'll be able to use it. In programs such as Word, it will display the font as separated letters. It's up to you how you want to do it. You have my permission to use it any way you like, that's what Public Domain means. It's as free as it can legally be. No need to ask for my blessing.
