Comment on Trespasser: Jurassic Park by ubegovic

I guess I'm just getting old, so I am easily disappointed with contemporary music, cinema, etc. I've been a JP fan since 1994. The new film felt like a fan remake, not a tribute. Even my girlfriend who likes the original film but is not a fan asked me whether it was a remake, she was shocked when I told her it was neither a reboot or a remake but a sequel. It felt like they just took all the memorable scenes from the 1st film, re-shot them and then glued them together in a mindless story. I don't hate the film, I just don't feel the need to see it another time, just so average. Sorry!
