So, does it like, have a consciousness or a will, or is it just a construct of flesh rather than metal?
The floating flesh islands of Underrealm usually will have some form of sentience and consciousness, as they are only driven by their need to slowly consume and grow. Parachk may have lived in isolation for centuries but he loved his work!
However this one doesn't have that need, or any consciousness for that matter, due to Xanon basically lobotomizing it and replacing whatever organs and flesh that was inside it with the foundations for his hive/city/fortress.
