I just find it fasinating how you sketch and build your work to the final product.

Process work is so important and the work I do before hand really helps me plan things as I go/beforehand. XD A lot of people bash process work as boring, but I find it really fun and useful.

I agree its super important. It is a little neglected and seen as boring.

I do process work and I like seeing what other do for theirs. Im just fascinated by the approach each artist takes. I am big on gesture drawings to get the feel for the work and the motion. Then I will do an under skellington and work from there.

Ah, I always start with a line of action and then build in the shapes and eventually start detailing it. I think it is one reason why sketchy or unfinished art is seen usually as "lesser" art. xnx

Without this "lesser" art how would we get a final resolved drawing. We cant just make work out of thin air. Da Vinci did studies and cartoons before he did his resolved artwork. It was common practice at the time.
