I know it is not the same but what I want to say is that with reference that is not of pure black and white style I can't draw it at all.
I always end up messing it up and don't make it look how I imagine it in my head T_T

Drawing from your head is about being able to see well. the best way to practice that is to draw a lot from REAL life. Draw things you see, people, animals, plants, objects, etc. The more you practice drawing what you see in real life, the better you'll get at practicing things in your head. I'd done that for years, drawing from life nearly everyday. You can take photographs and throw it into photoshop and adjust the photo through filters to get a black and white look to practice from.

I don't have PhotoShop xD
I don't like cracked programs and it cost to much to buy ...
But I can do it in PhotoImpact 12 I got it along with my Graphic Pen Tablet xD (<.< wish it was PhotoShop dou but that is a good program too haha)

Thought I like to draw more manga style but I think if I get good at realistic stuff I will get better on manga style too.

I will try use a really dark filter and make it almost look like it is in only black and white and get used to how it looks like.
Just so later I can remember patterns of how it should look like.

It doesn't matter what style you want. IF you want to be able to draw in a manga style, you need to be able to UNDERSTAND real life anatomy. You don't have to master drawing it, but you need to study real life to know how to manipulate things into your own style.

Think about all the people who draw wolves? They study REAL wolves and then change the style to match their own. My example is NinjaKato , they have a very stylized look, but have studied REAL wolf anatomy and REAL feline anatomy so that when they draw and stylize, they can understand their own "version" of anatomy.

Honestly, if you go pro, and your boss finds you have a cracked version of things, you can be fired and blacklisted. Nobody wants an dishonest or thief of an employee, so when you can start saving up, do it. When it comes to programs, look at Sai, it's about 40-50$ and Krita is free! I've heard a lot of good things about Krita, so check it out. :3 You don't need a fancy program like Photoshop to be a great artist.

I got a Sai but it was 65$ <.< (at last for my country T_T)
I got a CD send to my house with the license on it. I could have got the less costy one but it would be only a download and they send you the license via e-mail but I like to have the original CD of a program :D

I like how you can manipulate the size of the swatches in Sai I don't know if that count as cracking but it is a licensed version so I guess I can do that xD
I set my swatches to

Size     = 20     ; Item size
Cols     = 8      ; Number of columns
Rows     = 100    ; Number of rows
Width    = 179    ; Width of swatch
Height   = 300    ; Height of swatch
ShowHSB  = 1      ; Show/Hide horizontal scroll bar (0=hide 1=show)
ShowVSB  = 1      ; Show/Hide vertical scroll bar (0=hide 1=show)

in the misc file I saw it in a tutorial :D

And now I got 8 x 100 swatches slots for my colors :D
It is really useful I am still trying to figure out how to make new brushes the way I want them to work but oh well I will learn it slowly.
I will some day also get PhotoShop but for now I need a better pc 1st then I can go for the high demanding programs.

Also I don't think I will ever go pro drawing is just a Hobby I do to relive stress :D
Some time my friends say don't you get tired when you draw you need to focus a lot on your hand eye coordination.
Idk for me I just fell refreshed after a little drawing and can continue study other stuff that I was stuck on before hahah
Some time I even go on for like 5h without noticing the time has gone by when I draw and when I'm done and see the clock I go O.O already this late xD

Ofc if you want to go pro you need licensed programs because if they find you out your employer can be blames as well so none will let you work for them even if you are the best artist on the planet xD
