At least I don't own such an elaborate dresser (in my mind his would be like one of those Japanese puzzle boxes that just keeps unfolding hidden compartments; I know I saved a bunch of gif files of it in action off Tumblr, but I can't find it at the moment)

This basically looks to me like he just has shelves in one of the compartments set into the walls of his bedroom? Not too fancy, but definitely a good space-saver. But I know what you're talking about! I think It would be kind of neat to own something like that! You can draw him with it/draw that as your version someday if there's ever a reason for it?? XD

Aww, I think it could be quite an interesting and cute drawing. ...It turns out imagining how Jane will react to the ship/house(?) is definitely a big motivator for me for thinking about what it's like to begin with...! (haha, well it was such a lovely sunny morning, but I was slowly starting to get nervous because I wanted to do that portfolio review for ReelFX in about an hour's time ~ I mentally played Sleepless, The Drowned, and After The Bombs in my head without missing a beat. "He cried a lot of course!" but at least it calmed my nerves on the drive over.)Haha, yeah, I think it'll be a fun scene. Jane being your "everywoman" audience proxy in this case.

(which just anyone would not provoke in him) (yes, he had a reasonable purpose to them, but he's also just into clothes and well off enough financially for all that)
