Ugh, isn't it the worst? TT_TT I just hop over to a different medium or hobby when that happens, work on my ukulele skills, I actually started sculpting prosthetics and casting them and stuff, doing spfx makeup, it's been fun to switch things up.
Yeah that's such a good tip, I've been playing more music and doing photography lately and I think it's helping
