thanks, Rocky had a auto immune disease, we found out he had it when he was 5 months old and the vet put him on steroids..which put Rocky between a rock and a hard place because being on steroids was not good for him either and without the steroids his jaw would lock up because his body attacked the muscles around it,,,,Rocky ended up going blind, having a real hard time breathing and coughing stuff up..he just wasn't enjoying his life..so we had to make the very hard decision and put him to sleep..our vet did try everything but there was nothing left for him to do for Rocky..he would of just gotten a whole lot worse...our vet also said that Rocky is the longest patient he has had that has lived so long with the disease he had..he would of been 7 that summer he passed...we miss him terribly every day and I even have a picture of him on my wall...he was a very stubborn and pain in the ass but i just loved him!!!

well he was definitely stubborn that's for sure...our vet also told us that some people would of put him down as soon as they found out..all they had to do was/is give him a pill....we are glad that we did let Rocky have his life..it was never a dull moment that's for sure..lol...like i said, we miss him terribly, and no matter how many dogs we have, none of them will ever replace him.

i am so sorry about your dog Kimba, cancer is such a terrible disease..:(

I truly hope they do if not when i die i want to be sent where they are!!!
