Different artists started to draw those goats. Is it a game or video series or what is this?
They are from a game named Undertale, it's really awesome, you can get it on Steam and it has now 20% discount because of the Steam holiday sale.
It might not look very appealing if you look at the graphics but the best thing is the story and dialogues. It also has a great soundtrack and the gameplay is super fun too (it looks like a normal RPG but it isn't just that).
I've been playing it with a friend and we had a loooot of fun. XD Also, if you get it, don't look at anything about it because it's likely you'll find spoilers, even my drawings spoil it a bit, sorry. >~<
