Yeah it was kinda confusing. And it was pretty hilarious.
Their blood had been banned by the church for being "corrupted" so logarius and his executioners stormedcastle cainhurst to rid the world of the supposedly corrupted blood but couldn't because of the undead queens immortality. Logarius became a martyr in the executioners eyes when he locked the queen away. I think you know the rest, oh and this is just some speculation. Not comfirmed, i think. Hope this helped
A bit, yea, because Alfred did not make a lot of sense. Calling Blood healing "Pure" is fucking Hillarious.
Sorry for the late reply, but i remember somewhere mentioning that the Vilebloods used the Old Blood for their own meanings, and the church didn't liked it and shit went down. That is what i think at least.
