Of course she is up to something^^ She's looking for victims (and the human village is almost perfect for it). She tries to be careful and to avoid any risks. In my theory she knows about Keine (not as Keine, but as a strong guardian of the village itself) and she doesn't want to mess with her, since the village has a lot of people whose blood she could use to feed her and her sister.
Remilia also is kind of unsure whether Sakuya could stand in her way or not. Just for her safety, she left the village that day. Right now she doesn't want to get rid of Sakuya, but is aware of her. Also since she doesn't know the guardian in person or how she looks like, she's afraid, that Sakuya might be this guardian.
So far the theory until day 2 ^^
