I think your supposed to disable IK Leg bones. I'll look into it.
I probably really think that is a bad idea since it will result in what happen
So i'm working on the MMD Bloomin'. Sadly another glitchy one for me. At the end of the motion it stops moving. towards the last 1000+ frames.
