yeah screw the Surface....Immthinking about selling mine. Ever since I got my cintiq companion I literally dont touch my surface.
In my opinion the surface was never meant for digital artists. It was meant for college students who do alot of note taking.

Don't get me wrong, my Surface served me very well, but I think the more recent entries in the Pro line, like you said, moved away from the art focus and leaned more on the administrative side of things (although the Pro 3 from what I read is a mighty capable art tool). My desire for something primarily for artists is what made me ultimately choose the Cintiq, but a night ago I left my stylus at my day job and the old Surface kept me sane.

Yeah I have the pro 3.....unfortunately it just doesn't compare to the cintiq and the pen is atrocious!!! And I see they kept the same pen design with the later models. So disappointing....
