Hello, I'm here to give a comment on your work. Let's begin:

To start, let's go with what's working. I enjoy the sense of lighting you give to your character. You did well to incorporate reflective light from her attire. You did very well with her face, as everything is lighted and shaded properly and rounded very well, such as her smooth lips, eyes, and especially her nose. You've also shown a key knack for the texture of her hair and clothing. Nice working with the folds in her sleeve.
While you did well with her lighting/shading, anatomy and texture, there are a few things I feel you might develop on. One area would be the background. I feel as though if you dulled down a bit on the lighting below her neck more, she would pop out more. Also, I feel as though she shouldn't have that blur in her legs. It almost gives the idea of a false perspective, which you've done well to show in her left arm.

Overall this is a fine work and I know you'll continue to train your artistic abilities further. You have great potential and you're on a fine path, so don't stop now Kudos on Lacilla.
