I can relate to how you feel towards the pairing, tho! I know Ramsay was very cruel towards Theon and I don't support abusive relationships, but I do love to draw those two characters and their dynamic :3

About the pairing, well in some part of the book I thought that Ramsay could be interested in a relationship with Theon (not a sane one, he is not like that) but in the end I cant imagine this pairing, I think that the serie make the character more cruel, or simply is more graphic than the book. I just dont see it xD
