Ah, makes sense!  So in the case of getting wolf parts from someone online, would we have to sign something legal saying we wouldn't resell it?  I'd love to get something like this soft mount (someday *sobs*), but I'd hate to get myself in legal trouble for not signing/agreeing to something even if I had no intention of reselling or trading.

Cali has really strict laws when it comes to animal parts!  (Especially roadkill, argh.)
