How do you get that shading/texture for her shirt??

I did that using transparent glazing technique, adding transparent layers of watercolor overtime until it looks finished, I cant remember exact amount of layer though.

however , please let previous layer dry before adding new glazing layer, or you will get wet in wet effect instead. :)
