She's Fafore, godess of courage. If you only know them from the oracle games, you might not know, but Din and Nayru aren't just the oracles, but also the godesses of Hyrule (it's explained in Ocarina of time) Well, at least the three godesses of Hyrule go by the same names.
Din is Ganon's patron godess and the godess of fire and power.
Nayru is Zelda's patron godess and the godess of water/ice and wisedom.
Fafore is Link's patron godess and the godess of nature/wind and courage.
