Like the picture of the brush like how it shows in the little square beside the stroke example can that picture be a separate photo for use in programs like Medibang and Firealpaca?

I do think you could take the main brush form as a start to import in any other software of your choosing, however, the properties and added dynamics wouldn't follow, unless you use Corel apinter which support potoshop brush import.
You'd have to try it out by yourself tho, I can't afford to make png of every brush in my brushes library
