You've tried paintstorm studio?, is an app like photoshop, you can import photoshop brushes, export your paintings to .psd, work with perspectives, and the best for me, fixed adjustable shortcuts to useful actions (brush size, undo/redo, color picker, etc, etc...) 
The workflow in paintstormStudio for ipad pro is awesome.
