Yes ma'am! She's suppose to have more graceful clothing, but I think the schoolgirl outfit helps her fit in with the others, give her a disguise for her powers, like in a Sailor Moon-like way. 
I like her sense of formal attire. Kind of like Lilly's dress....only Lilly doesn't have any footwear.. > 3 <

I'd say yes! For that look, think of Azura from Fire Emblem Fates, but with a more showy garb ^^
