I can't believe you guys are attacking her for not replying to comments. This post alone has 600 comments, I imagine that her inbox is probably filled with 1,000s of notifications both from Notes people send her plus notifications of comments, journals etc.. It takes a really long time to individually respond to each of these comments. There would be absolutely no point in copying and pasting a "Thank You." into every reply box. Honestly at that point it's better just to leave it. She can't write individualized responses either.
You do know she's going to therapy right? She has a lot of things outside of deviantart that she has to spend time on. Artists are not under any obligation to respond to comments. Also, deviantart is a huge platform so it's difficult to respond to all the comments she gets. She does communicate with her fans when she can - ex Facebook, Tumblr.

I wouldn't attack her for not responding to comments. Of course she gets quite a lot of comments and she would not be able to respond to every single one. To expect her to take time to respond to every single message would be ridiculous because then she would have no time to do the work that we all enjoy. I love her work and I've commented on many of her images and even sent her Notes.
I had no idea she's going to therapy because I've taken multiple extended breaks from dA and I don't see all of her status updates. I do know, also, that she works with multiple different platforms, not JUST deviantART, to include Tumblr and Facebook, both of which I'm sure end up flooded with notifications.
I wonder how many people she responds to? Does she respond to any at all, at this point? I've been following her since before she got huge, eriume, and she has NEVER responded to me. Ever.

You know some artists don't respond to any comments because they think it might be unfair to the rest of the people who commented.
Anyways one thing you ultimately need to understand is the fact that she posts so many tutorials, opened a youtube account and tries to post speedpaints. If she was the type of person, to really ignore and not appreciate supporters, she wouldn't take the time to do those things for us.
We can just appreciate the fact that she still posts her artwork and sometimes gives us tutorials right? She doesn't have to respond to any comments because I know she's reading them when she can.
