uh i use paint tool sai and i use a brush tool, :origin()/pre11/ef99/th/pre/f/2016/262/7/9/paint_brush_by_smasherlovesbunny500-dai5j4y.png)
there ya go all the settings i use it to do the sketch, lineart and then to actually paint the piece, normally i would use the blur tool to help make it smooth but for this piece i didn't use it at all ewe i'm so proud

ah i'm sorry but mostly i use the cloud texture for the line art but another good texture
if you want is dirt, gore, noise any of those have the same kind of look with the brush
